Organize saved email addresses
Save selected addresses, organize them with folders and tags, and keep a reviewed list separate from scan history and Auto Collection.
Save a selection#
Select useful addresses in the popup, scan result details or Auto Collection, then choose Save. Open Saved emails in the dashboard to review the resulting collection.
Saved emails is separate from automatically retained scan history and the Auto Collection list. Saving a contact here keeps it outside normal history rotation. If the address is already saved, review any duplicate-handling prompt before continuing.
Use folders and tags#
Group contacts into folders for projects or lists, and add tags for attributes you want to reuse across groups. Select the relevant records before applying an organizational action.
Keep folder and tag names consistent. A project folder with a few clear tags is easier to search than many nearly identical names.
Search and filter your saved list#
Search can match email addresses, email domains, folder names and tags. Use the folder and tag filters to narrow the list further, then check which rows are selected before an action.
Removing an address from this working list does not remove it from the original website. Other stored collections can still contain their own copy or source record.
Export a list for another tool#
Select the records you want and open Export. Choose TXT, CSV, XLSX, HTML or JSON and review the columns offered by Saved emails. Use XLSX for a workbook or CSV when your next tool expects an importable table.
Keep only the data your next task needs. A saved address is not proof of current ownership, deliverability or permission to send a message.
Preserve organization with a backup#
An email export is useful for another tool. A full backup is the better choice when you want to preserve supported extension data, including folders, tags, history, statistics and preferences.
Local results are not synchronized through a cloud account. Export a backup before uninstalling, clearing extension data or replacing your browser profile.
