Collect emails automatically as you browse
Enable Auto Collection, review addresses and source pages, filter stored records and copy, export or save a selected list.
Turn on Auto Collection#
Activate Premium, open Auto Collection in the dashboard and enable its switch. From then on, supported pages you visit can contribute email addresses automatically. Leave it off when you want only deliberate popup or Bulk scans.
Auto Collection follows your browsing. It does not independently crawl all linked pages of a website. Site access and protected-page restrictions still apply.
Understand addresses, sources and dates#
Collected records combine repeated addresses and retain source page URLs with first and most recent detection dates. Page changes and later visits can add or update supported matches.
An address with several sources has an expandable source list. Open it to review the pages and their dates. A last-found date records a page detection, not a delivery check or confirmation that the owner still uses that mailbox.
Search and narrow the collection#
Search by address or source text. Open the filter control to choose an exact email domain, part of a source URL, a last-found date range, or addresses seen on one page versus multiple source pages.
Clear filters to return to the full collected list. Show more reveals additional rows. The select-all checkbox applies to the current filtered result set, so check your filters and selected count before exporting or deleting.
Copy, export or save selected records#
Select addresses to reveal Copy, Export, Save and Delete. Export offers TXT, CSV, XLSX, HTML and JSON. Structured exports can include source count, source URLs and first- and last-found dates.
Save copies the selected addresses into Saved emails for organization. This does not remove them from Auto Collection. Delete removes the selected collected records after confirmation; it does not delete the original addresses from their source websites.
Pause collection or handle a full list#
Turn the switch off to stop future automatic collection. Existing records remain in local storage. Losing Premium also disables collection and restricts access to this workflow.
The default Premium capacity is 50,000 unique collected addresses. At the limit, collection pauses and existing contacts are kept. Export a copy, deliberately remove records you no longer need or increase the limit in Settings, then enable collection again. Exporting alone does not free storage.
