Find emails on the current page
Open the popup to find email addresses automatically, review the matches and copy, export or save your selection.
Open the page and the popup#
Visit the page you want to inspect and wait for its relevant content to appear. Expand contact panels or scroll if the page loads details on demand. Click the Email Extractor toolbar icon to open the popup: it scans the active page automatically.
The toolbar badge indicates the detected page count after the active page filters. A zero or empty result can mean that content is not loaded, access is restricted or a filter excluded the matches.
Choose the content to scan#
Open the filter control in the popup and choose Full HTML or Visible text. Full HTML checks loaded markup and supported attributes as well as text. Visible text focuses on the rendered body text.
Changing a scan option refreshes the popup results automatically. The popup can also refresh when supported page content changes. If a result still seems out of date, load the relevant page section and reopen the popup.
Review and select addresses#
Use the popup search to find an address in the result list. Tick individual rows or use the select-all checkbox. Check the selected count before taking an action, especially after narrowing the list.
An extracted address is a text match, not a verified mailbox. Full HTML can include examples or unrelated page data. Review the source and keep only addresses relevant to your purpose.
Copy, export or save the selection#
Copy places selected addresses on the clipboard. Export downloads the selection in TXT, CSV, XLSX, HTML or JSON. Save adds selected addresses to Saved emails, where you can organize them separately from scan history.
Use Open results for a larger view of the scan in the dashboard, or Open dashboard to explore the other workflows. Repeated addresses are combined within a scan without treating letter case as a different mailbox.
Find a previous scan#
Non-empty page scans are recorded in Scan history. Open the single-page category and select a scan to revisit its available results. History retention is separate from the number of scans you can run.
Individual-page scans have no daily email limit. Premium adds complete Bulk results, Auto Collection and advanced filters; the five export formats do not require a separate Premium upgrade.
