Understand your email extraction statistics
Review local email collection trends, source pages, domains and scan activity without confusing detection counts with verified contacts.
Open Stats in the dashboard#
Open Stats to see an overview of locally recorded extraction activity and collected-address trends. An empty view means there is not yet activity available for the overview; start by scanning a page with email addresses.
Statistics belong to the current extension installation and browser profile. They do not combine activity from other browsers or devices through a cloud account.
Choose a reporting period#
Use the 7-day, 30-day, 90-day or All controls to change the reporting range. Review the trend alongside the totals and source breakdowns rather than interpreting a single number in isolation.
The view includes measures such as email addresses, occurrences, unique email domains, source pages and source hosts. An email domain identifies the address after the @; a source host identifies the website where an address was found.
Read counts in context#
One address can occur on several pages or appear in more than one scan. A count of occurrences or scan activity is therefore different from a count of unique addresses.
Statistics describe detection and stored activity. They do not verify that mailboxes exist, measure deliverability or establish permission to contact their owners. Use Scan history to inspect the source records behind a specific run.
Copy a summary and preserve the data#
Use Copy summary when you need the current overview in a note or report. Use an email export when you need the actual selected address records.
A full extension backup includes supported statistics. Reset data removes statistics along with other stored result data, while restoring default settings keeps them. Export a backup before a data reset or browser-profile change.
