Find emails across an entire website
Start with one website URL, discover linked pages automatically and collect email addresses from up to 10,000 pages.
Start with one website URL#
Open Bulk scanning in the dashboard and choose Whole website scan. Enter a starting website URL. Premium unlocks the complete available email list; without it, use Try demo to see the workflow with a three-address result preview.
The scanner discovers public pages through internal links and supported XML sitemaps. It follows pages on the same website origin as the resolved starting page. Other hosts and subdomains are not automatically included.
- Open Bulk scanning, then Whole website scan.
- Enter the starting website URL.
- Set your page limit and options.
- Select Start scanning.
- Review the collected addresses and scan summary.
Choose a limit and scan options#
Open Advanced options to set a page limit from 1 to 10,000. The current form starts at 10,000. This is an upper bound on page attempts, not a promise to find that many pages or email addresses.
Choose HTML or text mode, decide whether to skip system emails and whether to respect robots.txt rules. If you enable the robots option and the rules cannot be read, the run can stop with an error rather than silently ignoring that choice.
Understand public-page scanning#
Whole-website scanning requests the public HTML of discovered pages. It does not open each page as a fully rendered browser tab, run every page script, sign in or reuse your account session.
Addresses revealed only by JavaScript, a login, a form interaction or an inaccessible document may be absent. For a specific interactive page you can access, load it in a normal tab and use the popup or a URL list scan.
Follow progress and stop safely#
The progress view shows pages discovered, pages scanned and unique addresses found, together with the current URL. Discovery and scanning counts can differ because some pages fail, are skipped or fall outside the chosen scope.
Pause and resume without leaving the dashboard tab. Stop saves the results collected so far. You can visit another dashboard section while it runs, but keep the dashboard tab and browser open; a reload or browser restart does not resume the active crawl.
Review results and coverage#
Review the resulting addresses with their source URLs, then select records to copy, export or save. Non-empty runs are stored in the Whole website category of Scan history, subject to its retention setting.
A completed run describes the pages it could discover and read within the limit. It does not guarantee every page on the website was reachable or every email address was present in the returned HTML. Always review errors and important missing pages.
