Email Extractor documentation

Find the workflow you need, from your first page scan to a reviewed, organized email list.

Choose a workflow

Start with the task you want to complete. A single-page scan, a URL list, a whole-website scan and Auto Collection have different scopes and controls.

Start with one page

  1. Install and pin Email Extractor in your desktop browser.
  2. Open a regular webpage and load the content you want to scan.
  3. Click the Email Extractor icon. The popup finds addresses automatically; use its filter control to change the scan mode if needed.
  4. Review the context before copying, saving or exporting an address.

Free individual-page scans have no daily email limit. Free Bulk scanning shows three addresses. Premium unlocks all Bulk results, Auto Collection and advanced filters. TXT, CSV, XLSX, HTML and JSON are available export formats for the results you can access.

Understand your results

A scan finds address patterns in supported loaded content. It does not verify mailbox existence, guarantee deliverability or establish permission to contact the owner.

Saved records and optional Auto Collection stay in your browser profile. Read the privacy and permissions guide and create a backup of important records before removing the extension or browser profile.
