These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bannermarch, its website and related services (collectively, the “Services”), provided by ExtensioHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. License to use the game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Bannermarch for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store through which you obtained the game.
3. Accounts, cloud saves and online play
You may play some parts of Bannermarch as a guest. A supported sign-in may be required for cloud saves, purchases tied to a player or world, rankings, Arena, events and other online features. You are responsible for maintaining access to and security of the Google or store account you use with Bannermarch.
Your ruler name, avatar, scores, rankings, squad information and selected battle results may be visible to other players. Choose a ruler name that does not impersonate others, disclose sensitive personal information, infringe rights, or contain unlawful, hateful or abusive content. We may change or remove names and restrict online access where reasonably necessary to protect players or the Services.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, use unauthorized automation or interfere with normal gameplay;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify or redistribute the Services except where law expressly permits;
- bypass security, purchase, advertising or access controls;
- use the Services to violate law or the rights of others;
- introduce malware, overload systems or disrupt other users; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with Bannermarch or ExtensioHub.
We may restrict or end access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Virtual items and game progress
The Services may include virtual currency, resources, units, equipment, boosts and other digital items. These items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless we expressly state otherwise. We may balance, modify or discontinue virtual items and gameplay features to maintain and improve the game. Guest or local progress may be lost if the app is deleted, device data is cleared, or you sign out before progress is stored in the cloud.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Bannermarch may offer consumable resource packs, time-limited supplies, a recurring Premium subscription and a lifetime Premium purchase. The exact product, price, billing period, included benefits and any free-trial terms are shown in the app and store purchase screen before you confirm payment. Certain items or entitlements may be delivered to or bound to the active Bannermarch world or server identified during purchase.
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store’s payment, renewal, cancellation and refund rules. Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your store subscription settings within the time required by the store. Deleting Bannermarch or your Bannermarch account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Consumable items are ordinarily consumed after delivery and may not be restorable. We do not guarantee that a previously offered product or price will remain available, but changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
7. Rewarded advertising
Some free gameplay actions may offer a reward in exchange for voluntarily completing a third-party ad. A reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms the required completion event. Ad availability depends on region, network connection, consent choices and provider inventory, so a particular ad or reward opportunity is not guaranteed to be continuously available. Premium may remove specified ad gates as described in the purchase offer, but it does not change unrelated online or store requirements.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties for sign-in, hosting, billing, advertising, offer presentation and support-form delivery. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Ownership and feedback
Bannermarch, including its software, artwork, characters, world, text, music, trademarks and other content, is owned by or licensed to ExtensioHub and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation, while respecting applicable privacy law.
10. Updates, availability and termination
We may update, rebalance, suspend or discontinue some or all of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or operating-system version. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. A verified deletion request permanently removes the associated Bannermarch cloud save, ruler, progress, inventory, rankings and other account data, subject to limited records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or transaction purposes. Deletion cannot be undone and does not cancel store subscriptions. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtensioHub and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from the Services. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services during the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
13. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ExtensioHub harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services or material breach of these Terms.
14. Governing terms and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. You may also have access to local consumer-protection bodies or courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Services evolve. We will publish the updated version and change the effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted.
