Email Extractor is a browser extension that finds email address patterns in loaded webpages. Use it to collect addresses from contact pages, team directories and other pages you are allowed to access, then review, copy or export the results. It does not send messages or verify that a mailbox exists.

Install Email Extractor, open the webpage you want to scan and wait for the relevant content to load. Click the extension icon to find addresses automatically. Use the filter control to choose Full HTML or Visible text if needed. Review the addresses and their source context before copying, saving or exporting your list.

Yes. Individual-page scans have no daily email limit and include copying and export options. TXT, CSV, XLSX, HTML and JSON are supported formats. Free Bulk scanning shows a preview of three unique addresses; Premium unlocks all Bulk results, advanced filters and optional Auto Collection. Export formats do not unlock results hidden by a workflow preview.

Yes. Open Bulk scanning in the dashboard and supply the URLs you want to scan. The Free plan shows three addresses, while Premium unlocks every Bulk result. This workflow scans the URLs you provide; it does not automatically crawl every page of a website.

Choose Export and select Excel (.xlsx) for a workbook or CSV for an importable table. Choose the available columns and header option, then open or import the file in Excel or Google Sheets. TXT, HTML and JSON are also supported. These formats are available for the result set you can access; a free bulk preview does not unlock hidden results.

Repeated email addresses are removed within each scan, with uppercase and lowercase versions treated as the same address. You can skip common system addresses, and Premium adds domain and keyword filters to narrow your results. An address can still appear in separate scans or have more than one recorded source.

Visible text searches the rendered body text of the loaded webpage. Full HTML also checks loaded HTML, mailto links and supported attributes, which can reveal matches outside the visible text. Neither mode bypasses access controls or reads content that the website has not loaded.

An address may be inside an image, written in an obfuscated format, excluded by a filter or contained in content that has not loaded yet. Load the relevant page sections, try Full HTML and check your filters and browser site permissions. Browser settings pages, extension stores and other protected pages may block scanning.

Yes. Install the Chrome version from the Chrome Web Store, the Edge version from Microsoft Edge Add-ons or the Firefox version from Mozilla Add-ons using the buttons on this page. Install it in the browser profile where you plan to scan pages, then pin the extension for quick access.

Email extraction and saved results are processed locally in your browser; scanning does not upload your extracted address list to our server. Premium license validation, checkout, website analytics and optional support or uninstall feedback use separate services. See the privacy policy for the details of those data flows.
