Workflow
From first click to final file placement, FileAtlas applies your rules automatically and keeps every download easy to trace.
Configure rule types (extension, domain, MIME, contains), destination folders, conflict action, monthly folders, and duplicate/completion notifications.
When a download starts (including the context menu action), FileAtlas matches enabled rules and suggests the final path before your browser saves the file.
Created/changed events update local history, completed files are checked for duplicates, and automations can keep cleanup running between sessions.
Dashboard
The dashboard brings rules, automations, history, duplicates, analytics, and cleanup controls into one place. It is designed for users who need to diagnose and fix download issues quickly.
General analysis of download activity in one place.
